Brewing (Level 2)

About this qualification: These programmes are based generally upon the Micro Brewery industry and covers the chemical elements of the product, hygiene, processes required and the various actions required for each different product, often very specialised and requiring significant management to create accurate levels of alcohol and 'taste'. The relevant elements of law and taxation is covered. The qualifications support both apprenticeships and short courses.

Level 2 Qualifications are the equivalent of five GCSEs above grade C.
