About this qualification: These qualifications are for the staff in Call Centres, either in bound or out bound and includes elements of sales and customer service. Primarily following an Apprenticeship route there are short courses available that form part of the apprenticeship such as Telephone techniques.

Level 2 Qualifications are the equivalent of five GCSEs above grade C.
